Setup VNC to access Amazon Linux via Windows

I need to setup VNC to access Amazon Linux via Windows. To linux i have only access to console through putty. In the Installing section i am stucked with an error. Please guide me how to setup VNC to access Amazon Linux via Windows

Please help.
