Programming issue

HI,

I wanted to upgrade the firmware of one of our parking sensors.When I am installing the new firmware, the RX LED is flashing rapidly but the TX LED is off.I cannot read nor update the configuration.I can configure and update other parking sensors. So I think the hardwre of the parking slot is dead.We bought this parking sensor. Its SN is 001AF3ED.
What can we do?

Please help.
